We want you to love your purchase. But if you are not completely satisfied, let us know and we will work with you to make it right.
We exchange items but strictly no cash refund.
We are more than willing to replace it on our end (Yes, we will shoulder the shipping cost). But we're hoping they fall on the ff. conditions:
  1. Item is unused and in the same condition that you received it.
  2. Item is proved to be damaged by our end alone.
  3. Item delivered is an incorrect item (incomplete, wrong design or color)
  4. The item is reported to us ten (10) calendar days from ship date.
  5. The item is returned seven (7) calendar days from the time it was reported.

Unfortunately, we are not able to accept returns that do not meet the requirements.
Please be advised that we will only send a replacement once we have received the returned/exchanged item.
For all faulty items outside of our Returns and Exchanges policy, do not hesitate to Contact Us.
What's the process of returning the package?
  1. Please Contact Us with your name, order number and details about the product you want to return.
  2. We will respond quickly via SMS or Email with instructions on how to return items from your order. (We promise to get back to you within 1-2 business days.)
